Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant service operations, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to Lai Yin’s luxury standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor head waiters and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement operational strategies and optimise service delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and personalising experiences to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate service across multiple outlets within the property, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain service standards by conducting regular evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing improvements.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure operational readiness during peak and off-peak hours.
• Support the team in achieving financial goals through efficient operations and upselling initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
